Ravin Mirchandani has over 20 years of international development experience, having worked throughout Asia and Europe focusing on establishing new operations, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Commencing his career with one of the industrial gas majors, Mirchandani has previously worked in the core industrial gases business in Australia, France and India. He also has significant experience in manufacturing cryogenic storage and distribution products.

In 2013, Mirchandani decided to branch-out on his own, investing in the Australian-based Mack Valves Group which has operations in both Australia and India.

In 2017 Mack Valves entered into a joint venture with Herose GmbH.
