Pierre Donck has recently set up his consultancy firm, and specializes in management consulting and M&A projects.

Prior to that, Pierre worked for 20 years with Praxair. He held various management positions, more recently as Sales and Marketing Director for Europe.  In this role, Pierre lead the acquisition and integration of the Yara CO2 business in 2016. He was also managing director for Praxair in Benelux and France, and managed the European Healthcare business.

Pierre holds a master degree in Economic Sciences of the University of Antwerp as well as an MBA of Vlerick Business School.
